Anna and Bill met in corporate America in 2000. They married in August 2003. They have had successful corporate executive roles in the disciplines of Engineering and Human Resources. After 20 plus years in their corporate roles, they made the decision to follow their long term dream to achieve a better quality of life.
For years, Anna and Bill dreamed of creating their own real estate business. Anna has been a licensed real estate agent since 1988, but hadn’t pursued it as a career. The corporate world kept them hooked! They just knew they had to start somewhere if they were to make their dream a reality. One late night while Bill watched an infomercial starring Than Merrill from CT Homes and Fortune Builders Than’s message of achieving a better quality of life, financial independence and a solid future for our growing family came through loud and clear. At that moment Anna and Bill decided to push forward with their goal of starting a real estate investment company!
As they began to develop the company and carve their niche in the big world of real estate, they quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services in the Boston area. In addition to residential redevelopment, we decided to also focus on Buy and Hold to establish long term wealth for our grand children.

ALICIA CATATAO
MARKETING MANAGER & AGENT
Alicia, a Boston native, but resides in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Florida since 2014 serves as ReFab Homes’ Marketing Manager and Real Estate Agent. She has a degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and spent 8 years as a Human Resources Business Partner working for several Corporations including the Boston Globe, Canon, and Suffolk Construction.
With the encouragement and support of her parents, Anna & Bill, Alicia took the plunge in 2015 to exit corporate America and to pursue a career in real estate full time. She spearheads all marketing and social media efforts for ReFab Home Solutions, in addition to working with buyers and sellers in the Boston and Miami-Fort Lauderdale areas as as Licensed Massachusetts and Florida Real Estate Agent.
